DISTRICT 11 is part of the ambitious Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City. This residential community includes a total of 6,000 residential units grouped in seven areas with a population of approximately 29,000.

In addition to the residential areas, DISTRICT 11 includes retail stores, schools, kindergartens and a mosque, parks and landscaped gardens.

The neighborhood is divided into the following plots:

  1. Plot A, Meydan Heights South consists of 1,500 4-bedroom villas. There are two mosques, retail stores, parks, and kindergartens in the development. Property on this plot is only available to Emirates Airlines employees.
  2. Plot B, Meydan Villas. There are plans to build a complex of four bedroom villas and 3 to 5 bedroom townhouses. Located next to plot A.
  3. Plots C&D. A complex of 6-story apartment buildings with stores and communal elements in the podium parts of the buildings. The community includes a total of 1,217 apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms, where about 5,800 people live.
  4. Plot E. There are plans to build a small gated residential complex of 1,000 villas with 3 to 5 bedrooms, which will house about 4,700 people.
  5. Plot L. A medium residential complex of 6 storey houses, including 600 apartments of 1 to 3 bedrooms.
  6. Plot J. A gated residential complex consisting of villas with 3 to 5 bedrooms. The community can accommodate up to 3,500 people.

Apartments in DISTRICT 11 can be purchased from AED 747,000 (USD 129,042). Villas in the area cost from AED 2,700,000 (USD 735,053) and townhouses from AED 2,500,000 (USD 680,605).


MARSA MEYDAN is a complex of coastal villas, townhouses and apartments built on the waterfront of Jebel Ali. The community is located in close proximity to the Expo 2020 venue. MARSA MEYDAN is a mixed-use development with residential and commercial units and its own marina.

Within the community is:
