- Collecting/cashing deposits and rental cheques under the company name.
- Real Time Financial Reporting via the Landlord App.
- Landlord’s NET rental income and deposits are transferred directly to your account. Otherwise, you can come to any of our offices in the UAE and collect the accumulated amount personally.
- Payment of service charges and any related fees directly from the rental payments.
