    2. The Logistics Cluster comprises 20 dedicated warehouse units, 4 large warehouses and 1 multi-client warehouse operated by Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, who is one of the largest international logistics providers. The area of units varies between 3,950 sq. ft and 61,892 sq. ft. All units can be partitioned depending on the clients needs, with the multi-client warehouse operating on a pay-as-you-go pricing model.     3. The Social Cluster houses an array of restaurants and retail stores, a food hall & cafes, exhibitions and an events hall.
