About Emaar Beachfront

Emaar Beachfront is an exclusive development of Emaar Properties, which is one of the largest developers in the Emirates. The development is situated on the territory of Dubai Marina, but it is an independent luxurious residential community. The total area of the community is about 10 000 000 sq. ft. Upon completion, the community will comprise 27 residential towers. Residential towers will host more than 1000 property units for rent and for sale.

Students can enroll at universities of Dubai Knowledge Park, which is 25 minutes drive away.

Shopping lovers can visit several shopping malls situated near Emaar Beach:
