Danube Properties, a subsidiary of the Dubai-based company Danube Group, has grown from a small trading company to a prominent real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates. Founded by Rizwan Sajan and his wife, Danube Properties launched in 1993 and began developing properties and gaining the trust of its clients.

Today, Danube Properties has worked on various aspects of the real estate business, including development, home furnishings, construction, and building materials. The company has successfully developed properties in nine countries and has employed more than 3,300 people. Its annual turnover is more than AED 1.4 billion.
