Step 1

Design planning

We tailor customer’s needs, preferrable style, location and a functional space to develop a personalized plan including what should be done, by whom, when and how much it would cost.

Step 2

Initial schematic design and 3D visualization

Our team will develop various layouts for space planning, make sketches and select furniture. Once it is done, we visualize what the project will look like by 3D modeling. All interior objects and finishing materials are subject to be agreed with the customer beforehand.

Step 3

Drafting of documents

That include cost sheet, specification, plan, contractors' agreements.

Step 4

Quality certification

Our agents will buy furniture, finishing materials and equipment, handle logistics and coordinate an entire building process from inception to completion.
