One of Emaar's largest waterfront communities on Dubai Creek, built around a marina, Creek Beach and Central Park.
Dubai Creek Harbour is a waterfront community by Emaar Properties on Dubai Creek, beside the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The development covers around 6 square kilometres and is divided into nine districts.
The Island District is one of the main residential areas, centred around the marina, waterfront promenade and high-rise towers, while Creek Beach is built around a 700-metre swimmable beach with low-rise residences. Other districts are planned for parks, offices, retail and future projects such as Dubai Square.
Dubai Creek Harbour is located on the eastern side of Dubai Creek, connected to the rest of Dubai through Ras Al Khor Road (E44) and Nad Al Hamar Road, with access to Downtown Dubai and Business Bay.
Currently, most residents rely on private cars, taxis and ride-hailing services. The Dubai Metro Blue Line will add a station in the district, giving residents a direct link to the wider metro network.

Waterfront retail & dining — shops, cafés and restaurants along the promenade, with Dubai Festival City Mall a short drive away.
Schools & nurseries — Swiss International Scientific School and Deira International School are nearby, with Blossom and Maple Bear nurseries inside the community.
Healthcare — Mediclinic Creek Harbour serves the community, with larger hospitals in Nad Al Hamar and Bur Dubai a short drive away.
