MAG Lifestyle Development is a subsidiary of Moafaq Ahmad Al Gaddah (MAG) Group, a leading real estate, engineering, industrial, commercial, freight services and hospitality corporation. Based in Abu Dhabi, MAG Group has been active in the Middle East since 1978. MAG Lifestyle Development, in turn, is engaged in the development of various types of housing in Dubai, from affordable innovative offerings to high-end properties.
Mohammed Nimer is the CEO of MAG Group, and Talal M. Al Gaddah is the executive director of MAG Lifestyle Development.
The development company was founded in 2003. The developer’s projects are aimed at developing innovative technologies in real estate. Residential towers, luxury apartments and relatively budget-friendly properties are all located in popular areas of the emirate.

Here’s a look at a few of the developer’s key projects:
MAG Eye Apartments, a sub-community within the Meidan apartment complex in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The community includes studios, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments and 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses in a contemporary style. MAG Eye Apartments features amenities such as a nursery, playground, clubhouse with pool, lounge area and gym, bike and jogging trails, park area, stores and clinic. There is easy access to public transport stops, the airport, a heliport and Al Khail Road and Al Meydan Road. Property prices start from AED 780,000 (USD 212,000).
MAG City Parks is a modern residential complex in MAG City, Meydan District 7. It includes premium 4-bedroom townhouses and 5, 6 and 8-bedroom villas. There are a total of 247 properties within the community. Each residence will have its own high-speed elevator and rooftop terrace. Properties will be 23 meters apart, providing residents with peace and privacy. MAG City Parks features amenities such as a walking area, children’s playground, gym and swimming pool, cafes, restaurants and stores. The starting price of the property is AED 4,800,000 (USD 1,307,000). The project is under construction. Its commissioning is scheduled for 2023.
