Deyaar Regalia is a 70-story residential tower that houses about 900 luxury properties, including studios, apartments and penthouses. Property sizes range from 40-407 square meters. Homes are priced from AED 627,000 (USD 171,000). The project is located in the Business Bay area, surrounded by stores, cafes and restaurants.
All apartments are equipped with “smart home,” modern European kitchen appliances, high-end plumbing, as well as panoramic windows overlooking the skyline of modern Dubai. The Atria is a modern apartment complex in Business Bay. It consists of two high-rise towers, one of which is the 4-star Millennium Atria Business Bay Hotel and the other is the Atria Residences apartment complex.
The Atria Tower has 30 floors with 219 luxury studios and 1-3bedroom apartments. Development of the project began in 2014 and was completed in 2018.
