About the developer
Deyaar Development is the largest real estate development company in the United Arab Emirates. The company was established in 2002 with capital of AED 18,380,000, and by May 2007 its total assets reached AED 5,780,000,000.
Deyaar Development is one of the most successful property developers in the Emirates with more than 16,000 commercial and residential units under its management that are concentrated in over 700 buildings across the UAE.
The company’s CEO is Abdullah Ali Obaid Al Hamli, an experienced and respected professional who also holds the position of Managing Director and Board Member of Dubai Islamic Bank.

Deyaar Regalia
Deyaar Regalia is a 70-story residential tower that houses about 900 luxury properties, including studios, apartments and penthouses. Property sizes range from 40-407 square meters. Homes are priced from AED 627,000 (USD 171,000). The project is located in the Business Bay area, surrounded by stores, cafes and restaurants.
All apartments are equipped with “smart home,” modern European kitchen appliances, high-end plumbing, as well as panoramic windows overlooking the skyline of modern Dubai. Residences are sold with a complete set of furniture. Property owners can make use of the landscape pool, gym with state-of-the-art equipment, and yoga pavilions.

The Atria
The Atria is a modern apartment complex in Business Bay. It consists of two high-rise towers, one of which is the 4-star Millennium Atria Business Bay Hotel and the other is the Atria Residences apartment complex.
The Atria Tower has 30 floors with 219 luxury studios and 1-3bedroom apartments. Development of the project began in 2014 and was completed in 2018.
Properties range in size from 54-83 square meters. The cost of housing starts at AED 750,000 (USD 205,000). Meanwhile, the average annual rental price for apartments at Atria is AED 74,000-85,000 (USD 20,000-23,500).
