About Nshama real estate developer

Nshama is a young and popular Dubai real estate developer. The company was founded in 2014 by Fred Dury, who took over as CEO of the new company. Previously, the businessman worked for Emaar International, Dubai’s largest developer.

Nshama’s flagship project is Town Square Dubai.

It is a new district in the southwestern part of the city, at the intersection of Emirates Road and Al Qudra Road. The development of Town Square Dubai began in 2015 and covers an area of more than three million square meters. All the residential areas are filled with dense greenery, and there are athletic trails everywhere. All this is combined with a well-developed urban infrastructure – cafes, restaurants, stores and brand-name boutiques, cinemas, water parks, and stadiums.

Housing developments, built by developer Nshama, are focused on customers with average incomes. In addition, Nshama housing is attractive as a source of income, as it has a fairly high profitability. Apartments in a studio format bring in 7.4%. Townhouses with 3 bedrooms bring 7.6%. 2-bedroom apartments can earn 6.8%.
