Dania District is the second phase of the Midtown community development in Dubai Production City. The project, by Deyaar Development, was completed in early 2020. The residential complex consists of six buildings that form a rectangle. Common areas feature landscaped gardens and recreation facilities. The facades of the complex were designed using the same style. However, the buildings vary in height. Two buildings, Dania 2 and Dania 3, consist of 18-storey towers that are connected by a common podium with retail shops and leisure areas. The buildings feature prominent architectural accents with beautiful finishes.
