Sunrise Bay is a coastal residential complex consisting of two 26-storey buildings. The structure features a podium connecting the two towers, on which a recreation area with a swimming pool is located. The building belongs to the Emaar Beachfront complex.

Sunrise Bay is located on the artificial peninsula Emaar Beachfront, which is adjacent to the Dubai Harbour. The area is actively developing. There is a large beach Marina Beach and a yacht club.
Sheikh Zayed Road passes close to Sunrise Bay. From here it takes about 22 minutes to get to Dubai Mall. Palm Jumeirah is 20 minutes away by car. The Burj Al Arab Hotel is a 15-minute drive away.
For a comfortable lifestyle in Sunrise Bay it is planned to build schools, kindergartens, supermarkets, as well as sports areas, medical centers, private parking lots.
Convenient location and developed infrastructure make Sunrise Bay attractive to potential buyers. The average return on investment in real estate can be compared to the overall Emaar Beachfront rate, which is 5.6%.
