Nad Al Sheba is located south of Dubai Creek and close to the parts of old Dubai where Emiratis traditionally lived. Nad Al Sheba Cycle Track is considered to be the best spot for cycling in Dubai as the paths have been arranged on the former camel racecourses. The prices for residential plots in Nad Al Sheba Gardens by Meraas start from AED 1,729,000 (USD 471,000) for a plot of land covering 4,499 sq. ft. Large plots of about 50,053 sq. ft in size which are designated for two villa constructions are offered at AED 8,676,000 (USD 2,400,000).
Four-bedroom villas of 3,800 sq. ft in Nad Al Sheba 3 are generally let for AED 130,000 (USD 35,400) per year if in one cheque, and AED 140,000 if paid in two cheques. Rental prices for a five-bedroom villa of 5,500 sq. ft start at AED 130,000 (USD 35,400).
