About the neighbourhood

Remraam is a gated residential neighbourhood with 56 buildings in the western part of Dubailand. The project was implemented by Dubai Properties Group. The neighbourhood consists of two autonomous communities: Al Thamam and Al Ramth. The first part of the project was completed in 2013. Properties are located among local parks in light-colored buildings featuring a Moorish style. The development was designed to resemble the sun with open green space at its centre and multi-storey houses radiating out from the middle like sun rays.

Remraam offers studios and apartments with one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. Each unit is surrounded by landscaped areas with a playground for children and parking. The communities also have swimming pools and sports areas.

The project aims to provide its residents with easy access to a healthy lifestyle. The neighbourhood offers plenty of recreation areas and sports facilities, including tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, volleyball courts, walking paths, yoga spaces, and outdoor fitness areas.

The neighbourhood has several child development and education facilities, including Tiny Town, Blossom Mudon, Ranches Elementary School, South View School, and Gems Metropole, which are located within a 10-minute drive of the residences.

Remraam is also located near many retail stores and essential service providers, such as supermarkets, beauty salons, pharmacies, laundromats, restaurants, cafés, and food delivery services. Medical centres and clinics are located in neighbouring communities. The nearest facility is the NMC hospital, which includes an emergency service. It is located within a 13-minute drive of the residences.

The Emirates Road highway runs near the neighbourhood, and the F29 and F30 buses provide routes to Remraam. The Al Maktoum International Airport is situated within a 13-minute drive of the area.

Economic attractiveness

Remraam offers many attractive investment opportunities and is part of the freehold zone. It was previously cut off from the city due to a development freeze on neighbouring plots. However, construction resumed after the site was approved for Expo 2020.
