Dubai Motor City is a building development area in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, developed by Union Properties. The project was commissioned in 2010 and the total land area of the entire project is around 35,338,575 sq. ft.

Motor City is a unique place for living, working, leisure and making the most of entertainment spots. The district is based on a motor-sport theme and it is the most well-known and important motorsport site in Dubai.

Motor City comprises motor sport sites, the business park of Motor City, Dubai Autodrome (the world’s first theme park by Formula 1) and two residential zones called Green Community Motor City and Uptown Motor City.
