A large-scale community in Dubailand, centred around the Trump International Golf Club, with established neighbourhoods and completed infrastructure.
DAMAC Hills is a large residential development in Dubailand by DAMAC Properties, launched in 2013 and covering around 42 million sq ft. It is built around the Trump International Golf Club Dubai and divided into more than 25 sub-communities, with apartments, townhouses, villas and luxury mansions.
The community has been largely built since around 2020, but DAMAC still launches new projects within it, mostly at the luxury end — including designer and branded villas such as Cavalli Estates, the Fendi-styled villas and Gems Estates, developed with de GRISOGONO and Cavalli.
DAMAC Hills is located in the western part of Dubailand, near the intersection of Hessa Street (D61) and Emirates Road (E611). Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street (D54) provides additional access towards Dubai South and other southern areas of the city.
The community is adjacent to DAMAC Lagoons, while Motor City, Dubai Autodrome and Global Village are located nearby. Its road network provides direct connections to Dubai Marina and other key areas across the emirate.
