Golf Greens is a premium residential complex in DAMAC Hills. Developer DAMAC Properties announced the launch of the project in the third quarter of 2023. The complex will feature 1-2 bedroom apartments with total areas ranging from 652 sq. ft to 1,644 sq. ft, as well as 2-storey townhouses with 2-3 bedrooms. The residences will have peaceful views of the golf course.

There will be at least one landscaped balcony in each of the residences, and some of the townhouses will have their own garden. The residences will be designed in a minimalist style, with the interiors featuring calm, warm colour tones that blend beautifully with earthy hues.
