Developed by Emaar Properties, Arabian Ranches II is a residential complex located in Dubailand. The architectural firm Al Wasl Al Jadeed Consultants and the construction contractor Pivot Engineering & Contracting were also involved in the project. It was launched in 2013 following the success of the first phase of Arabian Ranches, which is currently one of Dubai’s most popular real estate markets.
