About the District
Jumeirah Village Circle is a popular residential and commercial area consisting mainly of Arabic and Mediterranean style villas and townhouses. From above, the shape of the district looks like a flat circle. The district is adjacent to Jumeirah Village Triangle, which is another residential area with both villas and townhouses, and serves as a continuation of Jumeirah Village Circle.
The two separate developments, Jumeirah Village Triangle and Jumeirah Village Circle, together make up many residential buildings, offices, commercial, retail and entertainment facilities spread over an area of 811 hectares, and offers residents a real sense of community living.
