The location of Jumeirah Golf Estates has everything any resident may need in a gated community. The area has also recently become connected to the Dubai Metro via the Red Line, which has consequently boosted its value and attractiveness.

Villas in Jumeirah Golf Estates are all placed amongst green landscapes, overlooking the spectacular Earth and Fire golf courses, making the neighbourhood one of the most vibrant residential communities in Dubai. The community has a total of 16 clusters that feature residences in different architectural styles, with both tenants and homeowners residing in the development. Jumeirah Golf Estates Station is located on D57 and the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road junction, and is one of Route 2020’s seven stations that serve the communities of Production City, Green Community and Jumeirah Golf Estates along with their surrounding areas. Jumeirah Golf Estates Station features a wide range of amenities, including bus stops, taxi drop-off spots, disabled parking and even several shopping outlets.

The nearest shopping center, City Centre Me’aisem, is about 15 minutes away and offers a large selection of popular stores and restaurants, as well as practical places such as pharmacies, banking services and much more. As for bigger locations such as the Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta Mall or Dubai Marina Mall, they are all within a 25 minute drive of Jumeirah Golf Estates.

The heart of the area is the Country Club, which has many world-class restaurants, with each institution having a panoramic terrace overlooking the golf course. For example, the Flame Tree grill restaurant offers an extensive menu for dinner, and there are often themed nights with specials throughout the week.

Unfortunately, Jumeirah Golf Estates does not have its own beach. A better option would be to visit the beaches in JBR or the Dubai Marina area, which are about a half-hour drive away.

The JGE Golf Academy offers many activities for guests. It is also home to the only European Tour Performance Institute (ETPI) in the Middle East, which is a state-of-the-art performance center designed to improve the abilities of all golfers, regardless of their skill level. The Country Club also includes a tennis center, which aims to create a tennis community for residents and non-residents alike, and many tennis and golf tournaments, events and social activities are held throughout the year.

Alandalus is the newest neighbourhood in the community, featuring freehold residential real estate, recreational facilities and commercial buildings. The sub-community consists of 715 apartments and 95 townhouses. One-bedroom apartments in this area cost from AED 685,000 (USD 186,500), while two-bedroom townhouses start from AED 1,500,000 (USD 408,400). The cheapest one-bedroom apartment can be rented for AED 49,000 (USD 13,400) annually.

Whispering Pines is another popular community that consists of 160 villas and was completed back in 2013. This development project features three and four-bedroom homes built in a traditional Tuscan style with wooden finishes. Three-bedroom units cost from AED 3,900,000 (USD 1,062,000), but four-bedroom villas are the most popular rental choice starting at AED 239,000 (USD 65,100) annually.
