The Ritz-Carlton Residences by SAAS Properties is a residential tower next to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. The development has 165 residences, ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments to two- to four-bedroom duplexes and a penthouse. The architecture is designed by Killa Design, while Tara Bernerd & Partners handled the interiors.
Residents have access to Ritz-Carlton concierge, butler and valet services, with personal chefs, in-residence spa treatments and pet grooming. Vision Iconic Tower
Vision Iconic Tower is the tallest building in Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti City, a development by Binghatti in partnership with Mercedes-Benz. The tower rises approximately 360 metres and follows Mercedes-Benz's Sensual Purity design language. It will contain 1,424 residences, from one- to five-bedroom homes to Royal Suites, as well as 27 retail units. Sizes range from approximately 837 to 3,776 sq. ft., with the largest homes configured as four- and five-bedroom duplexes.

Emaar has released a limited collection of five-bedroom villas at Address Villas Tierra and Palace Villas Ostra, two branded residential developments within The Oasis in southeast Dubai. Address Villas Tierra is associated with Address Hotels + Resorts and features natural materials, neutral interiors and a beach. Palace Villas Ostra, associated with Palace Hotels and Resorts, uses glass façades, natural stone and interiors designed to maximise natural light.
The wider community is planned around waterways and landscaped parks, including Oasis Lagoon, Water Stream Park and Spring Garden.
