Shams JBR is a residential complex consisting of four buildings, located in the Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) community. The buildings include apartments with 1-4 bedrooms and penthouses with 4 bedrooms. The project belongs to developer Dubai Properties Group and was completed in 2009.
