Shams is a 7-minute walk from the JBR tram stop. The Damac Properties Metro Station is also within walking distance.

Restaurants within a 7-10 minute drive of the complex include:

  • El Chico
  • Wagamama Dubai Marina
  • P.F. Chang’s
