About the project
One JBR is an apartment complex that is part of the Jumeirah Beach Residence community. The project was developed by the developer Dubai Properties Group and construction was completed in December 2020.
The 46-storey building is designed with modern glass facades and large outdoor terraces.
A total of 163 residential properties were built. The complex features apartments with 2, 3, 4, 5 bedrooms as well as penthouses with 5 bedrooms.

The complex is located 10 minutes’ away from Sheikh Zayed Road which provides easy access to other areas of Dubai. Public transport and taxi stops are within walking distance of the development and Dubai International Airport is 30 minutes’ by car from the apartments.
The JBR community is home to many high-end restaurants, cafes, five-star hotels, entertainment and cultural venues, nightclubs, beach complexes and tourist spots.
The famous Skydive Dubai airfield is a 10-minute walk away.
