The project which was developed by Al Ain Properties was launched back in 2016, and the date of commissioning was 2020. The programme charges 2.5% of the yearly rent as a letting fee (this is not charged if the tenant is personally selected by the owner) and 6% (including VAT) of rent as a management fee.
