It features 2,692 stunning residences, comprised of 3-4 bedroom townhouses and premium 4-6 bedroom villas. The residences will be divided across nine clusters: Chion, Delphi, Diagon, Leon, Milon, Olympia, Theon, Vitalon and Zeston.
The residences are distinguished by their huge areas - from 2,277 sq. ft to 8,772 sq. ft spread over two or three storeys. All properties feature terraces, a family room and maid's bedroom, while select residences will have a private swimming pool and home office, along with show & prep kitchens.
