    Infrastructure

    Downtown Jebel Ali is located between the Jebel Ali freehold area and TechnoPark. The district consists of four areas, each with its own parks, walking trails and central squares. Each sub-community also has its own residential complexes in a Bedouin style with private patios. The area of Downtown Jebel Ali has huge location advantages, which are mentioned below:

    As mentioned previously, a large part of the neighbourhood is still under construction, which means there are no inherent shopping malls here yet. However, Downtown Jebel Ali residents can visit restaurants, malls and entertainment complexes in adjacent areas such as:

    • Outlet Village by Meraas – a large shopping mall that features many global branded outlets and is located within 15 minutes’ from Jebel Ali.
    • Ibn Battuta Mall and Dubai Marina Mall are located 20 minutes’ away.
