Reportage Properties
Reportage Properties, a private construction association, is now one of the leaders among developers in the United Arab Emirates.
The business was founded as a joint stock company (JSC) in 2014. The founders of the JSC were professionals with more than 30 years of experience in the construction of residential and commercial real estate.
In 2014, Reportage Properties launched its first large-scale project, the Leonardo Residence in Abu Dhabi. In 2018, the facility, consisting of 175 comfortable apartments, was completed and the project was successfully commissioned.
“Reportage Properties LLC” is now a large-scale construction organization that combines several companies. The headquarters of the developer are located in Abu Dhabi, and there are also branches in Dubai and Cairo.
In 2020, the developer went international, with commissioned work outside the United Arab Emirates for the first time. In Egypt, the project “New Cairo” was launched.

Alexis Tower
Alexis Tower is located in the center of Jebel Ali district. It has 16 floors with 259 studio apartments, 98 one-bedroom apartments, 13 two-bedroom apartments and 8 spacious commercial units.
The total built-up area is about 115 thousand square meters. All apartments are fully furnished and ready to move into.
They boast a convenient location and developed infrastructure. The development lies within walking distance to the metro station UAE Exchange, marina, the shopping center Ibn Battuta, and exit to Zayed Road. The journey to the airport takes 13 minutes.

Rukan Tower
Rukan Tower is a complex in the Dubailand area. It is a residential building of medium height containing comfortable townhouses. 203 of them have a size of 74-170 square meters, and 146 residences are 182-246 square meters.
Each individual dwelling has its own plot of land. The complex surroundings offer gardens, stores, landscaped areas for recreation, sports fields, cycling and jogging trails, and picnic areas.
The size of the complex is about 25 hectares, 30% of which is allocated for residential construction, and 70% for public space.
The townhouses are ready to move in, fully furnished and equipped with appliances.
The cost of housing in the complex starts at USD 684,000 (AED 2,512,500).
