ARCHI appears to be associated with a large developer of the same name based in Georgia that has signalled entry into the Dubai market. We could not verify an established, standalone Dubai developer named ARCHI with a confirmed founding year and delivered UAE projects.

Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private developer founded in 2014 by Mohamed Alabbar, focused on large-scale mixed-use waterfront destinations across emerging markets - including Belgrade Waterfront in Serbia, Maryam Island in Sharjah and projects in Georgia, Jordan and beyond.

Red Sea Global is a Saudi Arabian developer established in 2017, owned by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. It delivers large tourism giga-projects on Saudi Arabia's west coast, including The Red Sea and AMAALA.

Al Barari is a privately held, family-owned Dubai developer founded in 2005, known for one of the region's greenest and lowest-density communities - a botanical, ultra-luxury enclave of villas and residences off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
