Emaar South is developed by Emaar Properties, the team behind landmark projects such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, and Dubai Hills Estate. Located within Dubai South, the area sits in a long-term growth corridor shaped by the expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport into one of the world’s largest aviation hubs. The first phase is expected to handle 150 million passengers annually, with future capacity planned to reach 260 million.
