About DAMAC Lagoons

DAMAC Lagoons is a Mediterranean-inspired residential development located at the intersection of Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street and Hessa Street. Due for completion in late 2024, the project is being developed by DAMAC Properties. The eco-friendly community is opposite DAMAC Hills, and residents will have easy access to several nearby golf clubs.

DAMAC Lagoons covers an area of about 45 million sq. ft and will consist of 8 main themed clusters, which will be linked together by artificial beaches and recreation areas. The design ideas were inspired by some of the most popular coastal Mediterranean cities and countries. The main clusters will be as follows:

Morocco at Damac Lagoons

As of Q4 2022, a total of 8 phases have been launched in DAMAC Lagoons, which are Nice, Costa Brava, Portofino, Santorini, Venice, Malta, Marbella and Monte Carlo.

Properties include villas and townhouses in configurations ranging from 3 to 7 bedrooms. The residences will have two or three levels with outdoor parking spaces.
