About Lagoons

DAMAC Lagoons is a new residential development located at the intersection of Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street and Hessa Street in Dubai. The project was developed by DAMAC Properties and is due to be completed by 2024. The eco-friendly community is opposite DAMAC Hills, and residents will have easy access to several nearby golf clubs.

DAMAC Lagoons covers an area of about 45 million sq. ft. It will consist of eight themed areas that are linked together by artificial beaches and recreation areas. The design ideas were inspired by coastal Mediterranean cities and countries. Communities include Venice, Morocco, Portofino, Santorini, Costa Brava, Nice, Malta, and Andalusia

Properties include three- to six-bedroom villas and townhouses. Buildings have two or three levels and have individual plots and parking spaces. Interiors and exteriors feature high-quality finishes. Most villas have spacious living rooms, kitchens, pantries, and staff accommodations on the ground floors, and the first floors have master bedrooms and terraces. Some properties also have rooftop terraces.

DAMAC Lagoons has azure blue lagoons, swimming pools, and artificial sandy beaches. DAMAC Hills is home to many supermarkets, such as Carrefour and Viva, as well as the Jebel Ali School and the Trump International Golf Club. Mudon is home to Blossom Mudon Nursery and the Mudon Community Shopping Centre.
