Jewelz is a residential complex that was developed by Danube Properties, one of the most successful developers in the UAE. The 17-storey building was designed in the shape of the letter L. Its facade features straight lines and geometric patterns, and large panoramic windows provide residents with beautiful views of the city. The podium of the building is decorated with flowers and plants, and there are sections with vertical gardens. The main entrance features a small backlit fountain.
