Utilities Connections and Payments

The registration of utilities, which include electricity, water, gas, internet and A/C, by either an owner or a tenant, is one of the top priorities for new residents when purchasing real estate and for tenants when renting property in Dubai.

A utility connection service is a great solution which will save your valuable time as the registration process can sometimes be difficult for landlords or tenants to navigate, because they may make mistakes while connecting to certain services without knowing the process, or fail to have the correct documents to hand when in the process of registering. Taking the time to solve the issue can postpone the moving in or the rental of the property for months. In addition, you will need a UAE debit/credit card or cash to pay the connection charges, and to pay the deposits to service providers, as well as a UAE active mobile number. All of this will be challenging for overseas owners. Specialists of Metropolitan Premium Properties will save you time by connecting your property to electricity and water through the national DEWA agency, as well as other necessary utilities.

With our professional support you can avoid the stress of figuring out how to connect, where to pay, how to pay, and other crucial processes when needing to register for services related to your home. The utilities connections and payments service is a great solution, which will make your life easier, as we can connect everything on your behalf and give you your independant login details immediately after connection.

Our service includes the setup of the connection, and will include filling the application form, passing approvals, paying security deposits and fees for service connection and submitting the necessary documents such as Emirates ID of Dubai residents or passport of non-residents, a valid title deed, copy of tenancy contract and anything else needed for registration set up.
