Move in/out inspections are essential as they are used to register any defects before a tenant occupies the property and then assess the home condition at the end of the lease. As a result, the report will be required to justify any deductions from the tenant’s security deposit. Our specialists will both provide and complete the report, in addition to arranging the tenant to sign an acceptance of the condition of the property upon moving in. The report also features an inventory list for any kitchen appliances or furniture items (if applicable).
When the tenant vacates the property, our property managers will inspect the home to record any damages to be chargeable to the tenant. Any recorded defects subject to deduction from the security deposit will need to be evaluated based on the conditions and terms of the lease contract.
