We will control the quality of the service without causing inconvenience to landlords or the tenants. Maintenance works that we provide include plumbing, painting and electrical, as well as handyman repairs. All landlords will be notified in advance of any expenses for your approval before works begin.
A maintenance report will be compiled and the history of works will be recorded so we can work together on coming up with a more cost-effective solution for preventative maintenance, in the case of repeat problems. A report and a maintenance statement can be provided upon your request at any point throughout the tenancy. Repairs in emergency cases will be carried out immediately, and payment will be made after the works have been completed.
