Arjan is a new district located at the intersection of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Umm Suqeim Road near Al Barsha South, which is part of the larger Dubailand area. The main developer of the project is Dubai Properties Group.
The project launched in 2006 and was completed in 2020. There are 48 completed buildings and another 37 under construction.
