Arabian Ranches 3 is the newest phase of Emaar’s Ranches collection in Dubailand. Launched in 2019, it expands on the success of Arabian Ranches and Arabian Ranches 2 with a larger masterplan, more residential clusters, and a wider choice of contemporary villas and townhouses.
Most neighbourhoods have already been handed over, including Sun, Joy, Ruba, Spring, Bliss, Bliss 2, Caya, Caya 2, June, June 2, Elie Saab and Elie Saab 2. The remaining clusters — Anya, Anya 2, May and Raya — are in the final stages of completion, with selected homes still available directly from Emaar. Townhouses make up most of the community, while Caya, June and the Elie Saab collections offer larger standalone villas in lower-density settings.
