About the neighbourhood

Developed by Emaar Properties, Arabian Ranches III is a residential complex located in a large suburban area of Dubailand. This is the third phase of the Arabian Ranches construction project, which launched in 2019 after the successful completion of the first two sections: Arabian Ranches and Arabian Ranches II. This phase is scheduled for completion in Q2 2022. U+A Architects and WME Consultants served as consultants for the project.

The development of Arabian Ranches III is happening over several stages. Two communities, Sun and Joy, are almost ready to welcome new tenants, and five communities, Ruba, June, Caya 2, Elie Saab, and Spring, are currently under construction. Two communities, Caya and Bliss, are still in the planning stages. In total, the development is expected to have approximately 400 villas and townhouses.

Arabian Ranches III is set to be one of the largest gated villa complexes in Dubai. Residents can access the area from any of its five entry points. The area features a public park, as well as a 30,000 sq.m. cricket pitch called Central Park.

Infrastructure
