Al Quoz is a large developed area located in Al Quoz, a western district of Dubai. The community is situated between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, and it borders Al Barsha 2, Dubai Hills, and Al Safa. Residents have easy access to public beaches, Business Bay, and Downtown Dubai, which can be reached within a 10-minute drive of the development.
