About the project

Laguna Tower is a multifunctional complex, which includes a five-star hotel Movenpick Hotels and blocks of residential residences. The project was implemented by the developer IFA Hotels & Resorts. The high-rise building has 40 floors and two-level underground parking. It was commissioned in 2011.
