About Developer
IFA Hotels & Resorts is an international company leading the development and sale of luxury hotels and resort properties in Europe, India, Africa and the Middle East. It was founded in 1974. The head office of the developer is located in Kuwait. Work on the company’s major projects is conducted in such major cities as Dubai and London.
The company is managed by Talal Jassim Al Bahar. He led it through a listing on the Kuwait Stock Exchange in January 2006. Under his leadership, the firm has tripled in size and now covers North America, Asia, Europe and Africa.
Talal Jassim Al Bahar has helped IFA Hotels & Resorts to forge strategic alliances and joint ventures in the Middle East with leading names such as Kingdom Hotel Investments of Saudi Arabia and Nakheel of the United Arab Emirates. The company started working with the well-known brands: Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Kempinski Hotels, Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts, and Sheraton Hotels and Resorts.
