Balqis Residence is one of four parts of the Kingdom Of Sheba community, which also includes Fairmont Vacation Club, Fairmont Heritage Place and Fairmont Kingdom of Sheba. The development is located on The Palm Crescent, Palm Jumeirah artificial palm island in Dubai, and the developer of the project is IFA Hotels & Resorts.
