Jumeirah Height is a small neighbourhood located near Sheikh Zayed Road and the prestigious Dubai Marina area. Construction of the project began in 2007, and it was commissioned in 2012. The development was implemented by Nakheel Properties, a well-known real estate company based in the UAE. The project consists of two symmetrically arranged clusters: Western Clusters and Eastern Clusters. Each cluster consists of three individual buildings with lettering from A to F.

The low-rise development is adjacent to Jumeirah Lake Towers, an area rich in artificial lakes. Many of the apartments offer scenic views of the water and the Dubai skyline.
