Casa Viva is a residential community located in the Serena area of DubaiLand. The developer of the project, the construction of which began in 2017, was Dubai Properties Group. Casa Viva is the third phase of the Serena development, which began after the completion of the Bella Casa and Casa Dora projects. The real estate collection in the complex includes townhouses with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and duplex villas with 3 bedrooms, the style of which is Portuguese. Some of the buildings have already been completed, the rest are sold off-plan.
