Al Habtoor City is part of the Business Bay business district of Dubai. The area is located on the banks of the Dubai Creek Canal, a transportation artery and popular tourist and recreation hub. The neighbourhood is adjacent to Downtown Dubai, where the iconic landmarks of Burj Khlaifa, Dubai Mall and The Dubai Fountain can all be found. Al Habtoor City is lcoated on the banks of Dubai Creek between two major highways: Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Meydan Road. Access to the other side of the canal is possible via bridges along Sheikh Zayed Road or Al A’amal Street.
Opposite Al Habtoor City is the Godolphin Marina Transport Station ferry pier. The nearest metro station is Business Bay, located 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by taxi. Within a 10-15 minute walk, the Emirates General Petroleum Corporation, Al Quoz and Dubai Municipality Center 2 bus stops can be reached where the 7 and 98 E buses run. There is access to a bicycle lane and bicycle parking is available nearby. Al Habtoor City has over 5,000 parking spaces for guests and residents.

The nearest ATM is Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive away. The nearby HSBC Jumeirah Branch is less than 10 minutes away by car or half an hour on foot through Safa Park. Dubai Islamic Bank at Grosvenor Commercial Tower is also a short drive away.
There are many cafes and restaurants in Al Habtoor City. For example, V Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection by Hilton has a Chinese restaurant called Summer Palace Dubai. Habtoor Palace Dubai, LXR Hotels & Resorts has Sidra restaurants and bars, BQ – French Kitchen & Bar, and Polo Bar. Marbaiya Lounge is located in the residential skyscraper, Meera.
There are many nurseries with a 5-10 minute driving radius of Al Habtoor City. These include Canadian Kids Nursery, Maple Bear Nursery Business Bay, The Little Dreamers Nursery, Blossom Downtown Nursery and Kids Island Nursery Dubai.

Within a 5-minute drive of Safa Park, Medcare, a large medical centre, is located. It is open 24/7 and offers services in many fields of medicine, including surgery, gastrointerology, psychiatry and more. Other nearby clinics include Prime Medical Center — Jumeirah, Emirates Clinic, Emirates Hospital Clinics — Business Bay and Emirates Hospital Jumeriah. These can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes.
One of the main attractions in this part of the city is Dubai Creek. You can take a boat tour along the canal or row around in a canoe. The embankment in front of the complex is expected to become a popular place for recreation equipped with children’s and sports grounds, a garden, an amphitheatre and a BBQ area.
Al Habtoor Tennis Academy is located on the territoty of Al Habtoor City. You can play tennis here either by renting a court or by training with an instructor.
Al Habtoor City hosts a unique water show with acrobatic elements called La Perle by Dragone by Franco Dragone. The director uses his experience of working with Cirque du Soleil as inspiration for the project. Another tourist attraction in the area is The Atrium entertainment complex, featuring seven exclusive restaurants and bars across five floors.
A great place to take the children is to OliOli® — A Must-Visit Children’s Play Museum. Dubai Mall is a 10-minute drive away and offers Trampo Extreme, a trampoline park, KidZania, a children’s education and entertainment center, and other family-friendly activities.

Residents will be able to use elite amenities, including a gym, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a padel tennis court, library, restaurant, spa, sauna and more. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026.
