Portofino Hotel is a new project that was created by architects who were inspired by the Italian resort of the same name. The complex consists of luxurious accommodations and several thematic zones. Residents can enjoy stunning views of the sea and a yacht club.

One-bedroom apartments with 800 sq. ft. have a starting price of AED 2,100,000 (USD 708,000). Two-bedroom apartments with 3,000 sq. ft. have a starting price of AED 8,000,000 (USD 2,178,000).
