CÔTE D'AZUR Hotel

CÔTE D’AZUR Hotel is a complex with hotel apartments that are currently under construction. The project was developed by Kleindienst Group and is located on Main Europe Island, which is part of the World Islands archipelago in Dubai. Construction of the facility began in 2015, and the hotel is expected to be commissioned in Q4 2022.

The complex consists of four hotels named after popular Côte d’Azur cities: Monaco, Nice, Cannes, and Saint-Tropez. Each boutique hotel offers around 250 hotel apartments, which come fully furnished and are equipped with modern appliances and a Jacuzzi.

Interiors were designed using eco-friendly materials only. The roofs and walls of hotels are well-insulated and soundproof. Most of the residences have large windows with magnificent views of the beach and the Arabian Gulf. The complex was designed to minimise energy costs, and solar panels are being used to support this effort.

Residential properties have a minimum size of 457 sq. ft. and have a starting price of AED 1,300,000 (USD 354,000).

The Heart of Europe is a grand resort with many themed islands, which include hotel complexes, climate-controlled streets, family-friendly resorts, honeymoon accommodations, and beach-themed entertainment venues. The Heart of Europe is situated away from the mainland. As a result, residents of CÔTE D’AZUR Hotel can take advantage of the upscale hospitality commonly found in Dubai, but away from the bustling metropolis.

CÔTE D’AZUR Hotel attracted the interest of both local and foreign investors. Units in the area have a return on investment rate that ranges from 8% to 9%, depending on the property. Given these figures, the estimated payback period on investments ranges from 12 to 15 years.
