CÔTE D’AZUR Hotel is a complex with hotel apartments that are currently under construction. The project was developed by Kleindienst Group and is located on Main Europe Island, which is part of the World Islands archipelago in Dubai. Construction of the facility began in 2015, and the hotel is expected to be commissioned in Q4 2022.

The complex consists of four hotels named after popular Côte d’Azur cities: Monaco, Nice, Cannes, and Saint-Tropez. Each boutique hotel offers around 250 hotel apartments, which come fully furnished and are equipped with modern appliances and a Jacuzzi.

Interiors were designed using eco-friendly materials only. The roofs and walls of hotels are well-insulated and soundproof. Most of the residences have large windows with magnificent views of the beach and the Arabian Gulf. The complex was designed to minimise energy costs, and solar panels are being used to support this effort.
