About the project
Port de La Mer is a new mixed-use development in Jumeirah 1. The developer of the project is Meeras. Port de La Mer is the first residential community in Jumeirah available for purchase by foreigners. This community offers 5-star resort-like living conditions with a 2.5 km long private beach. Residents will have high-end restaurants, stores and entertainment venues at their disposal.
On the territory are:
- a marina with 190 seats and a yacht club;
- a promenade overlooking the Pearl Jumeirah;
- jogging paths and bicycle paths;
- swimming pools;
- a gym;
- landscaped terraces;
- parking lots;
- a park with children’s playgrounds.
The project includes several sub-communities offering different types of properties:
- La Viole Apartments consists of six Mediterranean-style buildings with 1-5 bedroom apartments of 791-5593 square feet. Property prices range from AED 1,480,000 (USD 403,000).
- Sur La Mer – combines 147 townhouses of 3,702-6845 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms. All homes have three floors, balconies and roof terraces. Prices start from AED 4,300,000 (USD 1,171,000).
- La Rive Residences is a low-rise development with 1- to 5-bedroom apartments. Properties start in size from 710-8987 square feet and are priced from AED 1,600,000 (USD 436,000).
- La Cote is a premium apartment complex with 408 1-4 bedroom apartments 7786-3616 sq ft. The properties are in a Mediterranean-style, with balconies and terraces. Homes are priced from AED 1,430,000 (USD 389,000).
All units are currently under construction. The transfer into commission date, depending on the type of property, is scheduled for late 2021-mid 2022.

Location
Port de La Mer is located in the northern part of the La Mer Peninsula. Residents of the complex have access to Jumeirah Street, which allows you to easily travel throughout the emirate.
You can reach the community either by private car or by public transport. The nearest bus stop, Palm Strip Center, is a 10-minute walk away.
There are several supermarkets, Iranian Hospital, schools and kindergartens within a 10-minute drive. The closest shopping centers are La Mer, The Village Mall or Jumeirah Plaza.
The main complex attractions include the landscaped beach area La Mer, where there are more than 130 entertainment venues, including restaurants, cafes, stores and shopping centers.
There are water sports available here and families with children can visit the Hawa Hawa inflatable amusement park.
Another local highlight is the Laguna Waterpark. It includes rides for children and adults, as well as surfing and relaxation areas.
Payback
Port de La Mer is the first freehold community in the Jumeirah area. Because of its location buying property in this community allows you to both invest your money sensibly and live near the famous palaces.
Within the community there are apartments and townhouses. Such a variety of real estate offers the most suitable facilities for both business people and families with children. And thanks to the proximity of the resort’s entertainment and attractions it is easy to rent out such housing. Payback on property at Port de La Mer is estimated at 7-8% per annum.
