Talia is part of the Valley, a neighbourhood spread out over more than 200 hectares of land, and it is one of three sub-communities along with Eden and Nara. The construction of these communities is being carried out in conjunction with the improvement plans for the district. The estimated date of completion on the first stage of the Eden project is scheduled for late 2022. In total, the Valley is expected to have more than 4,500 residential units.
