Jumeirah Village Triangle

JVT or Jumeirah Village Triangle is a 2,420,000 square meter community located next to Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s main thoroughfare. Its design was developed by Nakheel Properties. Most of the facilities of the complex have already been handed over for use. JVT is a gated residential community with developed infrastructure.

Jumeirah Village Triangle is divided into 9 residential clusters, each with different types and classes of real estate. The purchase price of apartments starts from AED 610,000 (USD 166,000).
