The Gardens View is a low-rise development in Jebel Ali. The residential complex includes 286 units. These are 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom villas as well as 3-bedroom townhouses. The community covers an area of 200,000 sq. m (2150000 sq. ft). The project was completed in 2003 by Nakheel Properties.
