The complex is located on an island stretch of Dubai Waterfront in the Arabian Gulf harbor.The Veneto construction is divided into two phases, Phase 1 and Phase 2, which have common stylistic features but differ in quantity and type of buildings. Veneto 1 features exclusive 3-bedroom townhouses as well as 3, 4, and 5-bedroom villas with outdoor rooftop terraces. A total of 1,400 housing units were built in this phase.
