Veneto is a residential complex, part of the Dubai Waterfront community, which is located on the waterfront of Jebel Ali. The project was founded in 2008. The developer was the company Nakheel.
The complex is located on an island stretch of Dubai Waterfront in the Arabian Gulf harbor.The Veneto construction is divided into two phases, Phase 1 and Phase 2, which have common stylistic features but differ in quantity and type of buildings.
Veneto 1 features exclusive 3-bedroom townhouses as well as 3, 4, and 5-bedroom villas with outdoor rooftop terraces. A total of 1,400 housing units were built in this phase.
